I am a grade 12 student in UAE.I am planning to write AIIMS exam 2010.?

I have got their application form through a courier from India.Now i need to attest the form before sending it to AIIMS DELHI.I would like to now if there are any place in UAE where i can get m forms attested.What about the INDIAN COUNSULATE?Please help me soon...
