Is there a difference between chicken stock and chicken broth?

I am making Turkey meatloaf and Gravy and the recipe calls for chicken stock and instead I bought chicken broth because I couldn't find any chicken stock at the grocery store. My question is there a difference between chicken stock and chicken broth and would using chicken broth instead make the recipe taste or look any different?
