Guitar players please read [:?

Soo I was wondering if you could answer this with 1 of your favorite notes to play. & I'm really sucky at guitar so can you just write the which fret & string it is. I know that the strings next to the hole is E, C, B, D, A, E. Or i think thats its. anywho. can you just write some or 1 of your favorite note to play and maybe a note you think sounds pretty? and can you put like 6 string on 2nd fret and the High E at the bottom?
