Revenge in a humiliating and legal fashion?

My girlfriend left me for one of my friends, and still feels it necessary to make fun of me and pester me on Facebook and formspring. I need a way to humiliate, or at least get back at her in a legal and easy manner. Preferably something that I can do with a computer and/or cell phone.
