I drive a wagon ,told we have to drive from liverpool to chester unpaid ,are we insured only on pay 07:30 ?

they want us in e/port depot at 07:30 ,we officially start at this time in liverpool yard,but they say we HAVE to be in e/port at this time ,and no overtime pay (40 mins drive)
