Why only 19 meat in my Campbell's soup today?

Campbell's wouldn't be the first company to sacrifice consistency and quality to save money. It's quite possible that they have reduced the amount of meat in order to reduce the cost of making the soup. Either that, or the 19 meat you had in your most recent can were just a tiny bit bigger and therefore weighed the same as 21.
