When should I start wearing makeup?

15, but 16 i proper wore makeup. Try talking to your parents about it, but if they say no then don't bother argueing with them. Just cause everyone else wears makeup and you don't you shouldn't feel awkward about it. And for a 13 year old i wouldn't reccomend makeup unless if its just a clear lipgloss/chapstick, clear/brown mascara and maybe a bit of pink blush.
