I am 99% sure my rabbit it pregnant. She has just started shedding her fur. Is there anything I should do?

She lives outside, in a hutch on her own. I am worried there is something I should or shouldnt be doing. I am avoiding picking her up and I am regularly feeding her fruit and veg, is there anything else I should do to help her?
