How can you defrost frozen water pipes if the pipes are not exposed?

we have a frozen water pipe from our 2nd floor toilet. all other pipes in house are working fine, but this is the only plumbing on the exterior wall of the house. we obviously ume the pipes are not insulated, they are also not exposed. is there anything we can do to defrost unexposed pipes?
