Do you think I will be able to get into Cal Poly SLO?

I am a senior in high school and I have taken pretty much any honors or AP available grades 9-11. My GPA during my three years has been 4.8, 4.8, and 4.95. My SAT score was a 1970 and my ACT score was a 31. During my senior year I am taking International Baccaleaurreate cles as well as Theory of Knowledge, ASB, an internship. I am hoping to graduate with an IB diploma, so I'm not really worried about grades. As for outside activities, I have done sports every year including cross country, track, and swim and have been horseback riding since I was 8. The part I am worried about is if I have a lack of community service. I have done small things like volunteer for a few months at a theutic riding center and I am currently a youth commissioner on my city council. Also, I have been fundraising and collecting donations to bring down to a orphanage in Honduras this next spring. So, what do you think?
