DMV registration proof?

i went to the dmv waited 1 hour .30m and then i needed to pay my registration but they could not give me the sticker i had to send prove of insurance to the dmv in sacramento i try calling them but they put an automatic sys answer which is retarded .i try renewing it by internet but they only received my payment but my insurance policy did not go though they ask me for a NAIC number.finally i had to mail it to show proof i really dont know how long it will take for them to send u the stickers and how long doest it take for the DMV system to update to show that i have insurance,...
