ADD or learning disability?

I have been diagnosed with ADD. I have medicine to take for it, but I dont always take it because of a stomach issue which it upsets. I have a lot of trouble staying on task and staying focused and I tend to space out a lot. I also fidget a lot and tend to need to look over things more than once. I also have reading comprehension problems which wasn't much of an issue until high school. (I am a freshman in college). Does this sound like ADD or a learning disability? My high school wouldn't give me an IEP because they didnt think it was a disability, so I had unofficial accomodations, but I have official ones in college. I feel like I am able to focus less and less and that I am very "out of it" a lot. Any suggestions?
